Great Decisions: America’s Global Affairs Discussion Group

Informed Citizens Make Better Decisions

(2023) Great Decisions is developed by the Foreign Policy Association (FPA) to serve as a catalyst for developing awareness, understanding, and informed opinion on U.S. foreign policy and global issues. Through its balanced, nonpartisan programs, and publications, the FPA encourages citizens to participate in the foreign policy process.

Great Decisions Groups meet in February and March.

Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the documentary film series and meeting in a Discussion Group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today.

An evening group begins Monday, Feb. 6th,  from 7:00pm – 8:30pm, at the Mercer Social Room in Walnut Creek. Contact Mary Granzotto mgranzo@earthlink.net for more information.

A daytime group will be led by Asha Bajaj on Zoom from 2-4 pm starting Feb. 7th
